Club Procedures

Meeting Make-Up Procedure, Opportunities & Reporting

“Make-ups” can be achieved by attendance at other Kiwanis club meetings, board meetings, interclub meetings, conventions, conferences, and other Kiwanis-sponsored organizations and activities.  These “make-ups” must be made in a timely manner – within four weeks immediately prior to, or following the month in which the absence occurs. 

Make-up information must be submitted in writing to the Club Secretary at either a club    meeting or by e-mail.  Make-up information must contain the following information:
    -
Member name
    -
Activity attended
    -
Date
    -
Hours of participation (project activities).
