The Foundation is a non-profit corporation with two goals. 
The first is to provide scholarships to outstanding students in the Mid-Columbia region of Washington.
The second is to provide funds for school supplies for students in need within the Mid-Columbia.

The Foundation's Board meets the first Monday of each month at the Clover Island Inn immediately following the meeting of the Kiwanis Club of the Horse Heaven Hills. All members are welcome.

The Foundation is classified by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization.
Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible under section 170 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
